Hey Foodies, hope you all had a fantastic weekend so far?

Now you guys know I don't like baking but I managed to bake some sausage rolls over the weekend and I can guarantee you that it tastes amazingggg.

Here's what you'll need:-

Self raising flour- 1kg (makes up to 15 rolls)

1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of nutmeg
half a glass of cold water
40g of butter
500g of Sausage meat
All purpose seasoning to taste
1 egg (For glazing the rolls)

For the dough:-
Glaze your baking dish with some butter and leave aside.

Add the flour in a bowl, add the baking powder and salt and use fingers to mix thoroughly until it becomes crumbly. Add the butter and water, mix well until thick and in a ball form. Once thick, roll with a dough roller and section with a dough cutter into a rectangular shape below.

For the sausage meat:-
Add the nutmeg, all purpose seasoning and a pinch of salt into it, stir together and leave aside.

Once all done, place the sausage meat in the middle of the rolled out dough and glaze the 2 sides with whisked eggs, fold and cut to your desired size.
